Goodbye ‘06, Hello ‘07: News, interviews, wishes

With 2007 dawning, first through third graders in the Get and Give Afterschool Program were asked what their goals were for the new year. Here are some of their New Year's resolutions:

"This year, I resolve to getting better grades, listening to my parents, getting along with my family, being good at home, be good to classmates, listen to my counselor, obey everybody, get along with John, Joseluis, Alice, save money, use manners, say polite words in public."

1)            Pass my grades.
2)            Do all my homework by my self.
3)            Be really good in  school.
4)            Be good with my mother.
5)            Never ever fight in school.
6)            Get good grades on my report cards.
7)            Listen to my counselor.
8)            Do not chew candy."
